Information submitted through the form
The enquiry form requires your name, email address and message. Your telephone number and site postcode are optional. Information you submit is used to understand your request, handle the enquiry and maintain related correspondence.
Keep your message to a short description of the work. Don’t include passwords, one-time codes, payment or account details, identity documents, medical records, confidential client files or full financial statements.
How enquiries are handled
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and passes form requests to the enquiry service hosted on Google Cloud. SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email. Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling, and Google Workspace handles email correspondence.
Website delivery and technical information
Cloudflare may process technical information associated with website requests, including IP addresses, traffic routing information and other traffic data. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) describes processing connected with customer websites and content passing through its services.
The new website template adds no analytics scripts. Existing hosting-level Cloudflare Web Analytics remains enabled for manchester-electricians.uk through automatic installation. Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation (developers.cloudflare.com) explains this separate configuration.
Advertising and marketing-cookie scripts have not been added. Fonts are self-hosted. These statements do not exclude technical processing by hosting and security services.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to information about processing, a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction. A right to object may also apply, depending on the processing basis. The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, explains these conditions in its data protection rights guidance (ico.org.uk).
Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exemptions. An erasure request does not require deletion in every circumstance.
